	Orders
	Most orders go out the same or next business day after being received unless item is on backorder. All orders are processed in the order they are recieved.

Shipping

We ship with UPS. If you need to be able to track your package, please email us and we will be happy to let you know where your package is. Please remember that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping options are as follows:
UPS Ground:	$9.95 (excluding AK, HI & INTERNATIONAL)
UPS 3-Day Select:	$15.95 (excluding AK, HI & INTERNATIONAL)
UPS Second Day:	$19.95 (excluding INTERNATIONAL)
USP Overnight:	$24.95 (excluding INTERNATIONAL)

	International Orders
	Local Shopping Network does not currently accept international orders. We are currently exploring ways to begin offering this service in the future. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

	Payment
	We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and Master Card.

	Sales Tax
	Florida residents are required to pay 6% sales tax, our shopping cart will add this automatically. There is no sales tax for shipments outside the state of Florida.

	Returns
	Retail customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. All returns must be shipped, registered and insured mail with signature required. Merchandise returns must be received in our warehouse within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of your items to receive a return authorization number. We appreciate your understanding. - All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (excluding damaged items)

	Returning Damaged Merchandise
	All items are checked before shipping to insure quality. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of item to verify damage and receive a return authorization number. Damaged goods will be replaced and reshipped upon approval. Any merchandise returned without authorization number on outside of returned box will not be accepted by our warehouse and returned to sender.

	Cancellations
	Any orders placed will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee (of the total order including shipping, if already shipped). If you have ANY questions when ordering, please feel free to email us.

	Refunds
	In order to keep our online operating cost and online prices low, we do not issue refunds. "All sales are final." If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange of equal value, or you will be given a credit to be used at your convenience for other merchandise. We appreciate your understanding.

	Privacy Policy
	We value your privacy and guarantee that all information will be kept confidential and never given or sold to third parties. Any information collected is for site improvement or shipping purposes only.
