Most orders go out the
same or next business day after being received unless item is on backorder.
All orders are processed in the order they are recieved. |

Shipping

We ship with UPS. If you need to
be able to track your package, please email us and we will be happy to let you
know where your package is.
Please remember that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

not currently accept international orders. We are currently exploring
ways to begin offering this service in the future. We apologize for

Express, Visa, Discover, and Master Card.

Sales Tax

Florida residents are required to pay 6% sales tax, our shopping cart will add this automatically. There is no sales tax for shipments outside the state of Florida. |

Returns
|

Retail customers are
responsible for all returns and shipping charges. All returns must
be shipped, registered and insured mail with signature required.
Merchandise returns must be received in our warehouse within 10
days of receipt. You must contact us via email
within 48 hours of receipt of your items to receive a return authorization
number. We appreciate your understanding.

Returning Damaged Merchandise
|

All items are checked
before shipping to insure quality. If you receive a damaged item,
you must contact us via email
within 48 hours of receipt of item to verify damage and receive
a return authorization number. Damaged goods will be replaced and
reshipped upon approval. Any merchandise returned without authorization number
on outside of returned box will not be accepted by our warehouse and returned to sender.

Cancellations

Any orders placed will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee (of the total
order including shipping, if already shipped). If you have ANY questions

Refunds
|

In order to keep our online
operating cost and online prices low, we do not issue refunds. "All
sales are final." If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange of equal value,
or you will be given a credit to be used at your convenience for other
merchandise. We appreciate your understanding.
